Martha E. Bunn Sizemore, 90, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Seymour, passed away, Sunday December 5, 2021 at her home. She was born June 10, 1931 in Huntingdon, Tennessee, the eighth child of Clint H. and Ida V. Owen Bunn. She married Everett Sizemore, Sr. on January 20, 1964 in Will County, Illinois and he preceded her in death on August 28, 1997. She graduated from Huntingdon High School. She lived in Seymour for many years before moving to Indianapolis about ten years ago. She was a long-time member of Zion Lutheran Church and worked as a cook at the Lutheran Community Home over 20 years. Martha enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls and enjoyed knitting and crocheting clothes for them. She loved to cook and work in the yard in her flower gardens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett, her parents, her siblings, Lera V. Walker, Ollie Mae Cobb, Oteria Bunn Ownby, Tyus Otis Cobb, Eva Cobb Osborn, Dorothy Bunn Gallimore and Joseph William Cobb, and her grandson, Drew Glover. She is survived by her nephew, Joseph William Cobb, Jr. of Hattiesburg, MS, great-nephew, Charles (Amber) Cobb of Hattiesburg, MS, caregivers, Shawnte Sims and Joe Cabrera of Indianapolis and first cousins, Vivian Chappell of Troy, IL, Helen Scott of Dresden, TN and Hulon Owen of McKenzie, TN. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am, Thursday December 9, 2021 at Zion Lutheran Church, 1501 Geiser Drive, Seymour. The service will be at 11:00 am at the church. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Seymour. Memorials may be made through Burkholder Chapel to Zion Lutheran Church.
